It is a fast and effective method that enables the
separation of desired substances. It is especially useful for gathering
information about protein and nucleic acid. It is of great benefit in
determining the molecular weights, availability and subtypes of substances. The
device is suitable for laboratory studies such as high-volume genome scans,
molecular biology, protein, diagnostic kits, and provides the basis for SDS
PAGE, NATIVE PAGE, DNA electrophoresis, 1 and 2 dimensional electrophoresis
studies. It is suitable for working with at least 2 gels (dual) at the same
time. The device has a cooling feature thanks to its circulation channels, thus
allowing faster execution.

Sample Features:
Transport and storage conditions of the sample:
Samples requiring cold chain must be brought to the laboratory
without breaking the cold chain. Samples must be delivered in RNase / DNase
free 0.5-2 mL eppendorf tubes. Tubes that are cracked, broken or that do not
have a clean appearance will not be accepted as they may deteriorate the
properties of the sample. Sample tubes must have a label containing information
to explain the sample.
It should be indicated whether the sample was handled
(filtered, diluted, etc.).
Liquid samples should have a measurable amount of protein at
least 10 ng.
