(textural) properties of products, data of force, time and distance, collecting
500 data per second, viewable in the fully integrated Exponent 32 software.
TA.XTPlus is a device that is accepted as a standard all over the world today.
It makes unidentified consumer sensory acceptance criteria into accurate,
reproducible, comparable and countable standards. Texture analysis are
mechanical tests of food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, adhesive materials and
other consumer products, both under tension and under pressure. This powerful
and versatile texture analyzer fully meets scientific accuracy, reproducible
and identifiable structural information and, as a notable improvement, performs
measurements from single-parameters to multi-functional computer-controlled
instruments.
