In the laboratory; Honey Analyzes have been started at the Central Research Laboratory of our University (HÜBTUAM) in order to determine the origin of honey, whether it is a secretion or flower honey, from which source it is fed, unnatural honey produced by bees fed starch-based cakes, the amount of water in honey, the quality of honey and the sugar content in honey.
